情绪调节对眼科手术患者呼吸、血压、心率影响的观察

目的　探讨局麻下眼科手术患者情绪变化对血压、呼吸、心率的影响。方法　将 16 0例住院各类手术病人 ,随机分为观察组与对照组各 80例 ,观察组术前加强心理护理 ,对照组采用一般护理。结果　术中情绪变化影响呼吸、心率、血压 ,两组比较有显著差异 ,P <0 .0 5。结论　适当的情绪调节 ,能维持植物神经的正常功能 ,降低眼心反射的发生率。通过稳定情绪 ,维持交感神经的功能 ,从而使血压心率波动在正常范围内。

Observation of Effect of Emotional Adjustment on Breath, Blood Pressure and Rhythm of the Heart

Objective To study the effect of emotional adjustment of ophthalmology operation on blood pressure, breath and rhythm of the heart.Methods 160 different kinds of operation patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each 80 cases. In the observation group psychological nursing was strengthened preoperation. While the control group was given the routine nursing. Results The feeling change during operation had effect on breath, rhythm of the heart and blood pressure.There was obvious difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Appropriate psychological nursing can adjust the feeling and reduce oculocardiac reflex mortality.
