| 摘 要： | 儿童肱骨髁上骨折以伸直尺偏型多见，晚期并发症主要是肘内翻畸形，往往需要手术矫正。我们根据肘内翻的发生机制采用肘外翻复位法，收到了满意的疗效。 |
