左旋卡尼汀治疗慢性心功能不全疗效观察

目的：观察左旋卡尼汀对慢性心功能不全的治疗效果。方法：选择慢性心功能不全患者40例,随机分为两组,每组20例。对照组给予常规的心衰治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用左旋卡尼汀3.0 g/d静点,1次/d,疗程14 d。观察治疗前后心功能状况和药物不良反应。结果：①两组治疗后均有效;②治疗组的总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,心功能改善更为显著（P〈0.05）,且未见不良反应。结论：慢性心功能不全患者在常规治疗下适量加用左旋卡尼汀能明显改善心功能。

Curative effect observation of L-carnitine in the treatment of patients with chronic heart dysfunction

Objective： To observe the effect of L-carnitine on chronic heart dysfunction.Methods： 80 patients with chronic heart dysfunction were divided into two groups randomly,20 patients in each group.The control group were treated with conventional heart failure therapy.The treatment group were treated with conventional therapy and L-carnitine 3.0 g/d ivgtt,once a day,course of treatment for 14 days.The heart function and the side effects before and after treatment were observed.Results： ①There were effective after treatment in two groups;②the total effective rate in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the improvement of cardiac function was even more significant than the control group（P〈0.05）,and no side-effect was observed.Conclusion： Added L-carnitine under conventional treatment is beneficial to improve the cardiac function in the treatment of patients with chronic heart dysfunction.
