荨麻疹辨证要素分析

从体质、病因、病位三方面分析荨麻疹中医辨证要素。认为荨麻疹的体质有气虚体质、阳虚体质、血虚体质、血瘀体质、蕴毒体质等五种基本类型 ;导致荨麻疹的六淫病邪主要有风、寒、热、湿之邪。另外 ,情志所伤、饮食不当和病理产物性病因亦是荨麻疹发病的重要原因。荨麻疹的发病部位在肌表营卫 ,涉及肺肝脾肾四脏 ,其中急性荨麻疹的发病多与肺脾二脏有关 ,慢性荨麻疹的发病多与肝脾肾三脏有关。

Analysis on differentiation of symptoms and signs of urticaria

Urticaria was discussied from constitution,cause of disease and focus.It was pointed out that urticaria constitution had five basic types,which were deficiency of qi,deficiency of yang,deficiency of blood,blood stasis and accumulated toxin.The main pathogenic factors were wind,cool,heat,dampness.Injured emotion,dietetic irrationality and pathogenic factors were also important factors resulting to urticaria.The pathologically variational places of urticaria were yingfen and weifen,and related to lung,liver,spleen and kidney.The pathologically variational places of the acute urticaria related to lung and spleen,that of chronic urticaria related to liver,spleen and kidney.
