紫杉醇联合顺铂用于巨块型宫颈癌新辅助化疗近期疗效观察

目的探讨术前紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗对巨块型宫颈癌的近期疗效。方法选择病理确诊的36例Ⅰb-Ⅱb期巨块型宫颈癌患者，术前行紫杉醇＋顺铂化疗2个疗程，紫杉醇135．175mg／m^2，顺铂50．75mg/m^2，化疗后待WBG恢复正常后行根治性手术，观察近期的疗效。结果临床近期有效率达88．89％，手术切除率达100％，所有手术患者均能顺利切除病灶并达到切缘距离病灶1cm以上。结论术前紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗可提高宫颈癌的近期疗效，患者能较好耐受。

Short-term Efficacy Observation on Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for Bulky Cervical Carcinoma with Paclitaxel and Cisplatin

Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with paclitaxel and cisplatin for bulky cervical carcinoma before operation. Methods Thirty-six patients with stage 1B to 2B bulky cervical carcinoma, diagnosed by pathology, underwent neoadjuvant mg/m^2 chemotherapy for 2 cycles with paclitaxel 135-175mg/m^2 and cisplatin 25 preoperatively, and then received radical surgery in case WBC returned to normal, and the short-term efficacy of them was observed. Results The overall short-term response rate achieved up to 88.89%, and the excision rate following chemotherapy as high as 100%, and the focuses were smoothly resected in all patients with distance of above 1 cm between the focus and cutting edge. Conclusion Preoperatively neoadjuvant chemotherapy with paclitaxel and cisplatin can raise the short-term efficacy in treating cervical carcinoma and be easily tolerated by patients.
