| 摘 要： | 目的评估变应原特异性舌下含服免疫治疗（sublingual immunotherapy,SLIT）变应性鼻炎（AR）1年的疗效及安全性。方法 60例AR患者随机分为2组,SLIT组（n=30）,对症治疗基础上加SLIT;对照组（n=30）,仅对症治疗。结果 SLIT组患者的鼻炎症状评分、对症用药量较对照组明显减少（t分别为2.79和2.91,P均〈0.01）。SLIT组总体疗效、发作严重程度、发作频率改善分别为96.7%、93.3%、93.3%,对照组分别为50.0%、40.0%、43.3%,自我疗效评估较对照组有显著改善（χ2分别为16.7、19.2、17.3,P均〈0.01）,治疗组无严重不良事件发生。结论 SLIT螨诱导的AR安全有效。
