吉林省变应性鼻炎患者临床特征

目的通过调查门诊高反应性鼻病患者,获得吉林省变应性鼻炎（AR）的临床特点。方法采集2009年就诊于门诊的300例高反应性鼻病患者的完整病史并完成皮肤点刺试验。结果 79.67%（239/300）的高反应性鼻病患者罹患AR。吉林省内主要变应原为尘螨、豚草和艾蒿。70.29%（168/239）AR为中重度持续性AR。吉林省AR主要发病季节为7～9月,64.02%（153/239）的患者可以检出2种以上变应原。AR主要并发症包括皮炎（8.39%）和哮喘（1.67%）。AR与遗传学因素相关性不大。AR发病诱发因素主要以气温变化（50.63%）和刺激性气味（22.59%）为主。结论吉林省AR患者具有明确临床特点,为AR治疗提供临床基础。

The clinical characters of the allergic rhinitis in Jilin province

OBJECTIVE To obtain the clinical features of the allergic rhinitis patients in Jilin Province through investigation of the clinical data of the patients suffered from high reactivity rhinopathy.METHODS The complete ？les of medical history were collected and skin prick tests were done in 300 high reactivity rhinopathy patients from Jan to Dec 2009.RESULTS Two hundred and thirty nine（79.67%） AR cases were diagnosed in the 300 high reactivity rhinopathy patients.The major allergens were dust mites,ragweed and wormwood in Jilin Province.Moderate to severe persistent AR patients were found in 168 cases（70.29%）.Onset of AR was ranged from July to September and 2 or more allergens were found in 64.02% patients.The complications of AR included dermatitis（8.39%）and asthma（1.67%）.AR had less correlation with genetic factor.AR was mainly induced by temperature change（50.63%）and offensive odor（22.59%）.CONCLUSION AR in Jilin region has its own clinical characters.The result would provide clinical basis for diagnosis and treatment of AR.
