甘草酸的提取、分离和纯化

摘    要:
以晶种法和大孔树脂法从甘草和甘草浸膏中提取分离甘草酸,粗产品采用活性炭,大孔树脂或过氧化氢纯化。甘草酸单铵盐收率较一般方法高,达65~75%,纯度90%以上,操作也较简便。

Abstract:
Seeding and Amberite XAD-8 resin were used to separateglycyrrhizic acid from licorice and glycyrrhiza extract.The crude product waspurified by recrystallization from glacial acetic acid with active charcoal,resin orhydrogen peroxide to get a colourless or pale yellow crystalline mono-ammoniumglycyrrhizinate.The total yields ranged from 65 to 75% and purities were upto 90%.This facile method gave higher yield than conventional ones.
