| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨40层螺旋CT冠状动脉的成像方法.资料与方法 应用40层螺旋CT进行冠状动脉成像,将113例患者分为两组,一组心率＜75次/min(90例),另一组心率≥75次/min(23例),将对比剂追踪自动触发感兴趣区(ROI)分别设定在肺动脉主干平面的升主动脉段和降主动脉段,探讨最佳冠状动脉成像的方法.结果 将ROI设置在肺动脉平面主干的降主动脉比升主动脉能获得更好的冠状动脉图像.结论 40层螺旋CT对心率＜75次/min、选择肺动脉主干平面的降主动脉段作为对比剂追踪自动触发ROI,能够获得高质量的冠状动脉图像.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the method of coronary arteries with 40 slices spiral CT.Materials and Methods 113 patients were randomly assigned into two group, all patients were examined with 40 slices spiral CT. ROI was set in AAO and DAO, heart rate was controlled properly.Results High quality image of coronary arteries was obtained when heart rate was controlled properly and ROI was set in AAO and DAO.Conclusion The coronary artery segments would be better visualized with heart rate <75bpm and set ROI at DAO with 40 slices spiral CT. |
