穴位注射治疗糖尿病足50例

目的]观察红花针剂穴位注射法对糖尿病足自觉症状改善情况及对双下肢动脉血流量的影响。方法]随机选择符合条件糖尿病足患者,采取每日足三里或阳陵泉以红花针剂穴位注射治疗,10日后观察症状及患者双下肢动脉血流量变化情况。结果]显效16%,好转70%,无效14%,总有效率86%。治疗前后双下肢动脉血流量数值有不同程度提高,二者有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论]红花针剂穴位注射治疗糖尿病足疗效确切。
