温肾消喝汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效观察

目的：观察温肾消瘢汤联合米非司酮综合治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效及评估其安全性。方法：将60例肾虚血瘀型的子宫内膜异位症患者，随机分为治疗组30例（采用温肾消瘢汤联合米非司酮综合治疗）和对照组30例（单纯口服米非司酮片）。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效及理化指标变化情况。结果：温肾消瘢汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异住症，与对照组相比，其临床疗效有明显统计学差异。结论：温肾消瘕汤联合米非司酮综合治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症，可有效改善临床症状、局部体征，降低CA125水平，缩小盆腔包块，且无明显毒副反应，是安全有效的治疗EMT的药物。

Clinical Efficacy Study of Wenshen Xiaozheng Decoction Combined with mifepristone for the Treatment of Endome- triosis

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenshen Xiaozheng Decoction combined with mifepris- tone for the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of endometriosis, with single mifepristone treatment as control, preliminarily explore the potential mechanism, and provide scientific basis for its wide range of clinical applications. Methods： 60 patients, who suffered from syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of endometriosis and met the western medicine diagnostic standard, were randomized allocated into treatment group （Wensben Xiaozheng Decoction combined with mifepristone） and controlled group （mifepristone）. Safety observations and efficacy assays were performed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wenshen Xiaozheng Decoction combined with mifepristone for the treatment of endometriosis. Results： There was a significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups. Conclusion： It is obviously effective of treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of endometriosis with Wenshen Xiaozheng Decoction combined with mifepristone, mainly in these aspects including clinical symptoms, local signs, physicochemical index and pelvic mass. At the same time, the method is no obvious toxic side effect, therefore it is worthy of further study and clinical application.
