辨证饮食调护对脑卒中患者便秘的影响

目的：观察辩证饮食调护对脑卒中患者便秘的影响。方法：将76例脑卒中患者便秘患者随机分成观察组和对照组各38例。在常规治疗护理的基础上,观察组按辨证分型进行饮食调护;对照组给予福松口服。结果：观察组有效率为94.74%;对照组有效率为73.69%。结果经统计学检查,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：辨证饮食调护可有效治疗脑卒中患者便秘,有利于患者住院及居家治疗。

Impact of Dialectical Diet Nursing on the Stroke Patients with Constipation

Objective： To observe the effect of dialectical diet nursing on the stroke patients with constipation. Methods： 76 cases of stroke with constipation enrolled and were randomly assigned to an observation group of 38 cases and a controlled group of 38 cases. Both groups were treated with internal routine treatment. According to the syndrome differentiation,the observation group taking dialectical diet nursing. The controlled group was given oral Forlax. Results： The effectual rate of the observation group was 94. 74%. The effectual rate of the controlled group was 73. 69%. The results showed that there was significant differences in the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Dialectical diet nursing on the stroke patients with constipation is effective, and it will help to the hospital treatment and family therapy.
