温阳通痹汤联合温针灸治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效评估

目的：观察温阳通痹汤联合温针灸治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将118例退行性膝关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各59例。对照组给予温针灸治疗,治疗组给予温阳通痹汤联合温针灸联合治疗,连用2周。观察两组患者的临床疗效、VAS评分及膝关节功能恢复情况。结果：治疗组膝关节临床疗效显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组运动性疼痛评分、压痛点疼痛评分改善程度显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后,两组活动范围评分、步行距离评分显著升高,但治疗组显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：温阳通痹汤内服配合治疗退行性膝关节炎标本兼顾,可明显缓解疼痛症状,恢复膝关节的运动功能。

Clinical Effect Assessment of Warming Acupuncture Combined with Wenyang Tongbi Decoction on Treating Retrogressive Gonarthritis

Objective： To explore clinical effect of warming acupuncture combined with Wenyang Tongbi Decoction for retrogressive gonarthritis. Methods： 118 cases of retrogressive gonarthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups. The controlled group（ n = 59） was treated with warming acupuncture,and treatment group（ n = 59） was treated with warming acupuncture combined with Wenyang Tongbi Decoction. The treatment courses were all 2 weeks. The clinical effect,VAS scores and recovery of joint function in 2 groups after treatment were observed and compared. Results： The total clinical effect in treatment group was significant better than that in controlled group（ P 0. 05）. The score of movement and tender point were significantly improved in the treatment group than those in the controlled group after treatment（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the score of range of activity and walking distance in both groups were all increased,and treatment group had more remarkable increase than that of the controlled group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions： Warming acupuncture combined with Wenyang Tongbi Decoction for retrogressive gonarthritis are both temporary and permanent cures,it can contribute to reduce the pain symptoms,improve knee joint movement function.
