浮针疗法配合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝骨关节炎52例临床观察

目的：观察浮针疗法配合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将52例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用浮针疗法配合玻璃酸钠注射，对照组采取电针疗法；治疗3个疗程后观察比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组Lysholm评分量表、临床疗效和疗程均明显优于对照组，有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：浮针配合玻璃酸钠注射疗效明显优于电针疗法，值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of Floating Needle Therapy Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection on Treating 52 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of floating needle combined with sodium hyaluronate injection for treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods ： 104 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group adopted the floating needle combined with sodium hyaluronate injection therapy, while the controlled group adopted electro -acupuncture therapy; after 3 courses of treatment, clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results： The treatment group were significantly better than the controlled group about Lysholm Rating Scale, clinical curative effect and course of treatment, there was significant （P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The curative effect of floating needle combined with sodium hyaluronate injection is better than therapeutic of electro-acupuncture, worthy of clinical application.
