| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)和骨髓增生异常综合征—难治性贫血(MDS—RA)之间的差异和鉴别．方法：对61例CAA和21例MDS—RA患者的临床资料进行回顾性比较观察。结果：在MDS—RA组患者中骨髓幼稚前体细胞异常定位和网硬蛋白阳性率高于CAA组,骨髓碱性磷酸酶积分、CD16^ 和CD19^ 细胞数低于CAA组．结论：CAA和MDS—RA的鉴别诊断需结合临床表现和骨髓涂片、病理活检等综合考虑。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the identification between chronic aplastic anemia (CAA) and myelodysplastic syndrome refractory anemia(MDS RA).Methods:The clinical data in 61 cases of CAA and 21 cases of MDSRA were compared retrospectively.Results:The positive rates of abnomal localization of immature myeloid precursors and myelofibrosis in MDS RA group were all higher than that in CAA group,the levels of leukocyte alkaline phosphatase and the numbers of CD + 16 ?CD + 19 cells lower than that in CAA group.Conclusion:To synthesize the clinical revelation and bone marrow smear,bone marrow biopsy is important in distinguishing MDS RA form CAA. |
