| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨美兰染色对淋病奈瑟氏菌检测的可行性；了解现今阴道炎的发病状况。方法：用美兰染色法检测２００例疑阴道炎患者的白带。结果：非特异阴道炎的比例较以往大幅度下降，而特异性阴道炎，尤其是淋病的比例急剧增加。美兰染色与Ｇｒａｍ染色比较，其对ＮＧ检测的阳性率无显著性差异，而检测阳性的病人治疗效果比较，两种方法差异显著；与ＰＣＲ法比较，阳性率及治疗效果均有极显著差异。结论：美兰染色法查女性阴道分泌物中的 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:Study on the feasibility of using methyene blue decoration method on a examination for N. gonorrhoeae. METHODS: 200 case abnormal leacorrhea was examined by methylene blue decoration RESULTS: The proportion of ordinary vaginitis had descended and the proportion specific vaginitis particularly gonorrhea had increased. The positive rate of the methylene blue decoration method and Gram decoration method in examination of N. gonorrhoeas had not difference (p>0. 05),but the two care rate of the positive patients has remarkable difference (P<0.05). The positive rate and cure rate of the methylene blue decoration method and PCR method has remarkable difference (P<0. 01). CONCLUSLON The method of methylence blue decoration examining N. gonorrheae is easy. quick and pecaliar. The false negitive is 3. 3% |
