分析中成药产生不良反应的原因及相应的预防措施

目的：分析中成药产生不良反应的原因及相应的预防措施。方法：收集该院2010年11月至2015年02月期间报告过中成药不良反应的100例患者作为研究对象，提取所有患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，找出不良反应的主要原因，并探讨出对应的预防措施。结果：（1）≤10岁及≥51岁年龄段的患者出现中成药不良反应的例数最多，分别占总例数的30％和39％；（2）中成药不良反应对身体部位的损伤，处于前三位的是皮肤及附件、消化系统和呼吸系统。结论：中成药产生不良反应的原因较复杂，主要因素有特殊人群未辩证医治、中成药生产工艺和剂型不完善、临床应用不规范等，为了预防不良反应的发生应以中医理论为重要指导，遵循患者个体年龄体质上的差异，加强药物配制工艺，规范中成药的使用等来减少其发生率。

Analysis of the causes of adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine and corresponding preventive measures

Objective:to analyze the causes of adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine and the corresponding preventive measures.Methods:in our hospital from November 2011 February 2015 period reported 100 cases of patients with adverse drug reaction of traditional Chinese medicine as the research ob-ject,extracting all patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,find out the main reason for the adverse reactions,and to explore the corresponding pre-vention measures.Results:(1)is less than or equal to 10 years and over 51 years old patients appear the number of cases of adverse drug reaction of traditional Chinese medicine were the most common,accounting for 30% and 39% of the total number of cases;(2)adverse drug reaction of traditional Chinese medicine on the part of the body damage,in the top three of skin and its appendages,digestive system and respiratory system.Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine have reasons of adverse reactions are complex,the main factors have special populations not dialectical cure,proprietary Chinese medicine production technology and formulations are not perfect,clinical application is not standardized,in order to prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions should be to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)is an important guidance,follow the patients age physical differences,strengthen drug preparation,Chinese medicine norms to reduce its incidence.
