中医药辩证联合紫外光治疗银屑病

目的：分析中医药辩证联合紫外光治疗银屑病效果。方法：选取该院收治的118例银屑病患者为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组。对照组行紫外光治疗,观察组行中医药辨证联合紫外光。结果：两组在治疗前后PASI评分的比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。两组在治疗后总有效例数上的对比有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：采用中医药辨证联合紫外光方法治疗银屑病,能够有效改善银屑病患者皮损面积和严重程度评分,提高患者的治疗效果和生活质量,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Dialectical combination of traditional Chinese medicine and ultraviolet treatment of psoriasis

Objective:to analyze the effect of Chinese medicine dialectical combination with ultraviolet light in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods:selected 118 cases of psoriasis patients in our hospital as the research object,divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with ultraviolet light,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with ultraviolet light. Results:there were signifi-cant differences in the PASI scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0. 05 ). The comparison of the total effective number of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P<0. 05 ). Conclusions:the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with UV radiation methods in the treatment of psoriasis,can effectively reduce the lesions of patients with psoriasis area and severity score and improve the effect of treatment and quality of life of patients and has a certain value in clinical application.
