回旋折顶法治疗儿童尺桡骨远端背向移位骨折

目的探讨回旋折顶法治疗儿童尺桡骨远端背向移位骨折的疗效和并发症情况,为临床治疗提供指导。方法将2001年至2010年我科诊治的133例尺桡骨远端背向移位骨折患者随机分为两组,治疗组患儿采取回旋折顶法治疗,对照组患儿采用经皮撬拨复位治疗。对两组患者的复位质量、功能恢复和并发症情况进行统计。结果两组患者在复位质量、功能恢复优良率和并发症方面均无统计学差异(P>0.05),其中治疗组患者功能恢复优良率为93.94%,对照组功能恢复优良率为96.0%。结论回旋折顶法治疗儿童尺桡骨远端背向移位骨折具有成功率高、并发症少、功能恢复好等特点,值得在临床上推广。

Convoluting and Bend-Goring in Treating Paediatric Backward Shift Fracture of Distal Radioulnar

Objective To investigate the curative effect and complications of paediatric backward shift fracture of distal radioulnar treated with convoluting and bend-goring.Methods 133 patients with backward shift fracture of distal radioulnar in our department from 2001 to 2010 were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group received the convoluting and bend-goring treatment and the control group received percutaneous reduction by leverage.The reduction quality,recovery of function and complications in the two groups were observed and evaluated.Results The difference of reduction quality,functional rehabilitation and complications between the two groups had no statistical significance(P >0.05).The excellent and good rate of functional rehabilitation was 93.94% in the treatment group and 96.0% in the control group.Conclusions Convoluting and bend-goring has the advantages of high success rate,less complications and good functional rehabilitation in treating paediatric backward shift fracture of distal radioulnar,which is worthy of clinical application.
