| 摘 要： | 目的：调查分级护理在临床应用的现状,找出分级护理实施中存在的问题,分析原因并提出建议。方法：随机选取2007年3月至2007年9月在我院内科系统、外科系统、妇科、儿科共19个病区的住院病人1816例,应用自行设计的问卷调查表,指定1名中级职称以上护师到病房进行现况调查。结果：特级、三级护理病人的实际情况与分级护理标准基本符合;一、二级护理病人实际情况与分级护理标准不符合。结论：分级护理内容不完善是临床病人护理级别与分级护理制度不符合的主要原因,应对分级护理内容加以改进,使临床易于操作。

| Abstract: | Objective This study aimed to describe the clinical application of grading nursing, identify the existing problems, analyze the possible reasons and provide suggestions.
