新生儿ABO溶血病血型抗体与临床的关系

本文通过对126例母婴血型不合的新生儿脐血及99例ABO血型不合孕妇血型抗体检测，探讨了血型抗体与新生儿ABO溶血病的关系．结果显示：126例中O－A，O－B血型组合99例，血型抗体阳性占66．6％，ABO溶血病占29．3％。孕妇血型抗体效价愈高，婴儿溶血产生机率愈大，但与黄疸程度则无一致关系。观察了15例出生一周后的贫血患儿血型抗体滞留与血红蛋白的关系。发现了2例晚期贫血者。

The Relationship Between Hemolysins ABO Hemolytic Disease of the Newborn and clinical

In the study, the level of hemolysins in the cord blood of 126 newborns and in blood of 99 mothers of ABO incompatibility were determined and the relationship between hemolysins and ABO hemolytic disease of the newborn was approached.In these 126newborns, 99 were O-A or o-B blood group incompatibility with their mother, 66.6%of tbem showed positive hemolysins and 29.3% of them had ABO hemolytic disease of the newborn. The higher the leve of hemolysin in the mothr's blood appeared, the higher the incidence of ABO hemolytic disease of the newborn was. But it is nonidentical with the degree of jaundiee. The relationship between the detention of hemolysin and hemoglobin in which 15 cases with anemia of newbom, Whom were one week old after delivery were obServed. And we have found out two cases with late anirnia.
