非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎的手术治疗

目的 探讨功能性内镜鼻窦手术（FESS）与上颌窦根治术（RMA）治疗非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法 对36例非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎采用RMA（11例）和FESS（25例）治疗，分析其手术效果。结果 术后随访6个月～3年，4例复发，其中RMA组复发3例（27．3％）；FESS组复发1例（4％），效果优于RMA组，统计学上差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论 手术治疗是非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎主要治疗方法，FESS是一种有效、微创的首选治疗手段，是一种较理想的治疗方法。

Surgical treatment of non-invasive fungous sinusitis

Objective] To investigate the effect of treating non-invasive fungous sinusitis by functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) or radical maxillary antrotomy (RMA). Methods] 36 patients with non-invasive fungous sinusitis were studied:11 patients were treated with RMA and 25 patients were treated with FESS. The results were analyzed. Results] Patients were followed up from 6 months to 3 years. 4 patients relapsed among which 3 treated with RMA (27.3%) and 1 with FESS (4%). FESS is more effective than RMA (P <0.05). Conclusion] Operation is the main therapeutic method to non-invasive fungous sinusitis. FESS is an effective measure with mini-tresis vulnus. It is an ideal method of operation in treatment of non-invasive fungous sinusitis.
