正态水抗肿瘤作用的研究

目的：探讨正态水对多种肿瘤细胞系的生长抑制作用及机制。方法以正态水为溶剂配制的培养液培养乳腺癌、卵巢癌、肺癌、前列腺癌、肝癌、胃癌、黑色素瘤等细胞系的肿瘤细胞，观察正态水对肿瘤细胞生存率的影响；同时，观察正态水对阿霉素敏抗肿瘤作用的影响；应用流式细胞术检测肿瘤细胞的凋亡率。结果采用正态水配制的培养液培养多种肿瘤细胞24 h后，细胞增殖率均有所下降；用正态水配制的培养液培养乳腺癌MCF-7细胞传代22代后，生长速度下降；正态水增加了低浓度阿霉素对肿瘤细胞杀伤的敏感性。应用流式细胞术检测显示肿瘤细胞生长抑制系由肿瘤细胞凋亡所致。结论正态水对肿瘤细胞增殖有抑制作用，且可增加阿霉素抗肿瘤敏感性。其抗肿瘤作用机制可能与诱导肿瘤细胞发生凋亡有关。

The anti-tumor effect of normal water

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect and its mechanism of normal water on the growth of a varie-ty of tumor cell lines .Methods After a variety of tumor cell lines ( breast cancer ,ovarian cancer ,lung cancer ,pros-tate cancer ,liver cancer ,gastric cancer ,melanoma tumor cell line ) were cultured for 24 hours by the medium with nor-mal water as the solvent ,the effect of normal water on the survival rate of tumor cells was observed .Meanwhile,the effect of normal water on anti-tumor effect of adriamycin was observed .The apoptosis rate of tumor cells was detected with flow cytometry .Results All of tumor cell proliferation rate were slightly decreased after cultured for 24 hours by the medium with normal water as the solvent .The growth of breast cancer MCF-7 cells were decreased after passage 22 cultured in the medium .The sensitivity of tumor cells in low concentration of adriamycin was higher than those in high concentration of adriamycin and control group .The growth inhibition of tumor cells was caused by apoptosis with flow cytometry .Conclusion The proliferation of tumor cells can be inhibited and the sensitivity of tumor cells to adriamycin may be increased by normal water .The anti-tumor mechanism of normal water may be caused by inducing apoptosis of tumor cells with flow cytometry .
