社区肺结核病人应对方式的调查研究

目的 探讨门诊治疗的肺结核病人的应对方式,分析影响病人选择应对方式的主要原因.方法 采用医学应对方式量表(MCMQ)中文版对i56例门诊治疗的肺结核病人进行问卷调查.结果 肺结核病人的面对、回避、屈服应对方式受病人的年龄、性别、文化程度、就业状况的影响,男性病人比女性病人回避应对方式高(P<0.05);学历低、无业的肺结核病人较学历高、在职的病人屈服应对方式高(P<0.01);学历高、青壮年病人(年龄<55岁)的肺结核病人采取面对应对方式较其他组别的病人高(P<0.01).结论 年龄、性别、文化程度、就业状况影响门诊肺结核病人选择的应对方式,护理人员应根据病人的个体情况,协助病人采取合适的应对方式,促进疾病早日康复.

The study of the coping style of the tuberculosis patients in the community

Objective To discuss the tuberculosis patients'coping style and analyze the reason of the coping style.Methods A total of 156 cases of tuberculosis patients were carried out the investigation by the medical coping style scale(MCMQ).Results The coping style of the tuberculosis patiens like face,avoid was affected by the patient's age,sex,educational level and employment condition.Male patients were likely to avoid than the famale ones (P<0.05),the tuberculosis patients with lower educational level or unemployment were hkely to choose yield (P<0.01),the tuberculosis patients with higher education and the elder patients (age<55 years old) took the face response with higher than other groups of patients (P<0.01).Conclusions The coping style chosen by the tuberculosis patients in cost-patient department is affected by the age,sex,education level,employment condition.The nursing staff should help the patients choosing the right coping style according to their individual circumstance,which promoting the recovery of disease.
