| 摘 要： | 目的比较3种现行的医院感染监测数据统计方式，寻找一种更好的医院感染管理监控方法，以实现对医院感染信息及时准确的分析，为提高医疗质量寻找一个更适用的工具。方法分别对手工汇总统计、全国医院感染监控管理培训基地研发的《全国医院感染监控网计算机管理系统2．0》、北京市《医院感染监控管理系统》的应用情况进行比较。结果3种方法比较显示，北京市《医院感染监控管理系统》具有更强的通用性与实用性。结论北京市《医院感染监控管理系统》覆盖面更广、操作更方便快捷，具有实用、通用的特点，明显优于手工汇总统计和《全国医院感染监控网计算机管理系统2．0》，适用于各种不同类型的医院应用，值得推广。
