血浆果糖胺监测糖尿病的临床意义

摘    要:
本文报道采用两种不同方法(α-硫代巴比妥酸改良比色法及改良Roger果糖胺测定法)测定了60例糖尿病人和25名正常人的糖基化血浆蛋白,两种方法测定结果一致,前者明显高于后者,并与糖尿病人空腹血糖水平呈显著正相关,与同时测定的糖基化血红蛋白也有较好的一致关系。果糖胺测定方法较简便、快速,是评价糖尿病病情更可取的临床指标。

Abstract:
This paper reports the result of plasma glucosylprotein determination by modified a-thiobarbiturio acid oolorimetrio method (GPP) and a fructosamine (FM) assay respeotivly, in 25 normal subjects (NS) and 60 patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). The Plasma values of FM and GPP in DM is signnificantly higher than that in NS and shows a positive correlation with fasting plasma glucose and glucosylated hemoglobin. It is suggested that FM, GPP and HbA1 may be good diagnosito criteria for DM. Due to the half life of hemoglobin (60-90 days) is longer than that of plasma protein (18-19 days), it is suggested that estimation of plasma fruotosamine is more helpful for documenting the level of fasting plasma glucose at an recent stage (1-3 weeks) and that FM is suitable as a simpie, convenient and fast check-up of DM.
