| 摘 要： | 目的通过回顾性研究调查分析脑瘫患儿的高危因素,为脑瘫患儿的早期诊断和早期干预提供参考依据。方法采用电子病案系统收集脑瘫患儿和对照组呼吸道感染患儿的基本资料、家庭情况、母孕史、出生史、新生儿疾病史等资料,应用SAS 9.1软件进行Logistic回归分析评估脑瘫患儿高危因素。结果新生儿窒息、早产、宫内窘迫分别位居脑瘫高危因素的前3位,本次调查结果提示患儿父亲高龄也是脑瘫的高危因素之一。结论提高孕前保健意识,做好夫妇双方的孕前保健,提高围产期诊疗水平,有助于降低脑瘫患儿出生率。
