狭叶山黄麻化学成分研究

摘    要:目的 :研究狭叶山黄麻枝的化学成分。方法 :采用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化 ,薄层色谱及波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果 :从其乙醇提取物的石油醚、醋酸乙酯萃取部分分得 6个化合物 ,其结构鉴定为 β 谷甾醇 (Ⅰ ) ,熊果烷 (Ⅱ ) ,熊果酸-3-乙酰酯 (Ⅲ ) ,齐墩果酸 (Ⅳ ) ,paprazine(Ⅴ ) ,moupinamide(Ⅵ )。结论 :以上各化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents from the branch of Trema angustifolia. METHOD: The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis. RESULT: Six compounds were identified as beta-sitosterol (I), viminalol (II), acetylursolic acid (III), oleanolic acid (IV), paprazine (V), moupinamide (VI). CONCLUSION: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
