^18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖符合线路显像在乳腺癌术后监测中的价值

摘    要:目的探讨^18F-FDG符合线路显像在乳腺癌术后监测中的价值。方法54例乳腺癌术后患者行^18F-FDG符合线路显像,并与同期CT及骨扫结果描作比较。结果^18F-FDG符合线路显像对乳腺癌术后复发和(或)转移探测的敏感性要优于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);^18F-FDG符合线路显像在骨转移病变探测方面不如骨扫描敏感(P〈0.05),^18F-FDG符合线路显像对CA153升高的乳腺癌术后患者的监测价值较CA153正常组大,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论^18F-FDG符合线路显像对乳腺癌术后监测有重要的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of ^18F-fluorodeoxyglucose(FDG) coincidence SPECT for the detection of recurrent or metastatic breast cancer after treatment. Methods ^18F-FDG coincidence SPECT was performed in 54 patients with suspected recurrent or metastatic breast carcinoma. ^18F-FDG coincidence SPECT was evaluated for each lesion with comparison of correctional imaging outcomes. Results ^18F-FDG coincidence SPECT was superior to conventional diagnostic imaging CT for detecting recurrent and distant metastases in breast cancer after surgery(P〈0.05). Bone scan has a high sensitivity than ^18F-FDG coincidence SPECT in detecting bone metastases (P〈0.05). ^18F-FDG coincidence SPECT has a good valve in detecting recurrent or metastatic in breast cancer patients with the increasing serum tumor marker CA153 levels. Conclusion ^18F-FDG coincidence SPECT can be used as an important tool for the the detection of recurrent or metastatic breast cancer after treatment.
