| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore the effects of intraoperative warming on blood loss among patients with placental abruption. Methods Divided 60 patients with placental abruption into the control group and the experimental group, there were 30 patients in each group. The intraoperative warming method was only used in the experimental group, and then compared the before and postoperative temperature, the blood loss volume between the 2 groups. Results All the indexes which have monitored in the experimental group were better than those of in the control group, P<0.01. Conclusion The intraoperative warming method can effective reduce the blood loss volume for patients with placental abruption. |
