我国山羊业的发展现状及趋势分析

摘    要:
中国幅员辽阔,拥有草地资源4亿ha,占国土面积的40%,为农田的3倍,林地的3倍多,加之农业可利用的秸秆十分丰富,为中国发展山羊生产提供了良好的贵源条件。目前,中国人均占有羊肉不足2.5kg,比起其它肉类的人均消费量还存在着巨大的潜力;国内外市场对山羊绒制品的需求量也在与日俱增。因此,在畜牧业“十五”计划发展中,山羊生产有着美好的广阔前景。文章就对目前我国山羊业的基本情况、发展概况与特点进行综述,并对我国山羊业发展的趋势进行分析。

Abstract:
China have an area of extensive territory that possess 60 hundred million Mu grassland which taken up 40% area of whole territory,as much as 3 times farmland and more than 3 times of forestland.In addition,there have plenty of straws or stems for utilizing,which provided the fine resource condition for the development of china goat husbandry.Compare with other meet,there exist great developing potential in the average mutton consumption for per men because the Average mutton possess of Chinese were Less than 2.5kg now.The consumer demand for goat cashmere increased significantly in both home and abroad.It is sure that the goat husbandries will be broadly prospected in the period of "tenth five" planning of china livestock industries.So the basic condition,developmental situation and characteristics of china goat husbandries were explained in this article and the developmental trend of china goat industries were analyzed by individually.
