大宁社区家庭病床患者护理需求调查

目的了解家庭病床患者对医疗和护理的需求情况。方法采用问卷调查方式，对闸北区大宁路街道112例家庭病床患者进行中西医治疗和各类护理需求的调查。结果112例患者中，78．57％希望得到中西医结合治疗及护理，需求西药治疗的人数比例仅为37．50％。结论中医的简、便、廉特点受到患者青睐，中医居家护理模式在家庭病床患者中有较大需求。

Nursing demand investigation on family practice patients of Daning community

Objective To study requirement for medical treatment and nursing of family practice patients. Method Questionnaire investigation was carried out on the demand for treatment combined traditional Chinese with Western medicine and all kinds of nursing of 112 cases of family practice patients in Zhabei district Daning street. Results Among 112 cases of patients, 78.57% hope to get treatment combined traditional Chinese with Western medicine and all kinds of nursing. Only 37.50% need Western medicine treatment. Conclusion The features of simple, convenient, cheap of traditional Chinese medicine are welcome by patients. The mode of traditional Chinese medicine nursing at home was demanded largely among family practice patients.
