大孔吸附树脂提取泰乐星的研究

摘    要:用几种典型的大孔吸附树脂对发酵过渡液中泰乐星吸附,筛选出H-3型树脂为吸附剂。静态实验表明,H-3型大孔吸附树脂对泰乐星吸附量达155。.9mg/g干树脂,最佳吸附PH在7.5~8.0,吸附剂投入放量7%~8%(w/V),吸附时间6为最适宜吸附条件。其吸附等温线服从Freundlich吸曙式。以甲醇-柠檬酸缓冲液体系做洗脱剂,解吸率达84.6%。选出以D290大孔碱性树脂为脱色剂。动态实验确定吸附

Abstract:Various kinds of marcroporous adsorption resin were used to extract tylosin from filter liquor. The static experiments showed that H 3 marcroporous adsorption resin had the highest adsorption capacity, 155.9 mg/g dry resin, the optimal pH of adsorption was 7.5~8.0, and the operation conditions of the proportion of the resin 7%~8% (w/v) and the adsorption time 6 hours was optimum. The isotherm equation was according to Freundlich type. The recovery rate of 84.6% could be obtained in application of methanol citric acid buffer as eluent.The marcroporous alkaline resin D 290 was selected to served as decolorant. The dynamic experiments showed when the flow rate of tylosin solution was 2BV/h, and that of eluent was 1BV/h, there was a obvious eluent peak of tylosin. By this method the purity of tylosin could reach 97%.
