| 摘 要： | 原代细胞培养就是将取得的肿瘤组织或细胞在体外进行的首次培养,通过原代培养获得的肿瘤细胞可为日益深入的肿瘤研究及治疗提供充足有效的细胞来源.乳腺癌的原代培养成功率低,使其广泛应用受到限制,但我们相信随着科研技术的进步,其仍然可能成为乳腺癌肿瘤在体外研究的重要技术手段,为乳腺癌患者带来福音.

| Abstract: | The first training of primary cell culture is the tumor tissue or cellsin vitro,Obtained by primary culture of tumor cells can provide sufficient cells for cancer research and treatment is increasingly deepening. T he low success rate of primary culture of breast cancer, which have restricted their wide application,but we believe that with the scientific and technological progress, it still may become an important technology means of breast cancer in vitro study,brings the gospel for the patients with breast cancer. |
