普罗布考对2型糖尿病患者血浆脂联素和血脂水平影响的研究

目的 观察普罗布考对2型糖尿病患者血浆脂联素和血脂水平的影响.方法 用随机方法将60例2型糖尿病患者分为普罗布考和常规治疗组,比较治疗14周后的血浆脂联素、血脂、血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、糖化血红蛋白、氧化低密度脂蛋白改变情况.结果 经普罗布考治疗后,患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白、氧化低密度脂蛋白降低,胰岛素抵抗明显改善,血浆脂联素水平显著升高（P＜0.05）.结论 普罗布考在调节血脂、降低血糖及氧化低密度脂蛋白、改善胰岛素抵抗的同时,可使糖尿病患者血浆脂联素水平升高.

Effect of Probucol on Plasma Adiponectin Levels of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Me Llitus

Objective To investigate the e ffect of probucol on the plasm a leve lsof ad iponectin inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.Methods Am ong them, after 60 cases o f T2DM were treated for 14 weeks, the plasma ad iponectin, blood glucose, lipid, insulin resistance index, glycosy lated hemoglobin,and oxid ized low density lipoprotein in two groupsw ere observed by randomly and doub le- blinded.Results The blood glucose, glycosylated hem oglobin and oxidized low density lipoprote in degrade, insulin resistance were improved in probuco 1 g roup after treatm ent, wh ilethe ad iponectin leve lw as increased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Probucol increases plasm a adiponectin levels of T2DM, as well as decreases blood g lucose and oxidized low density lipoprotein, regulates lipid,improves insulin resistance.
