| 摘 要： | 目的 通过分析幽闭恐惧症的病因、各种表现,制定出不同的解决办法,使幽闭恐惧症患者能顺利完成检查.方法 对45例幽闭恐惧症患者采取耐心解释、心理干预、蒙眼睛、保持对话、必要时用镇静剂.结果 干预后40例患者均能成功完成检查,有效率为89％,5例经多次干预后无法完成检查,无效率为11％.结论 在3.0T核磁共振检查中,干预后幽闭恐惧症患者焦虑和恐惧情绪明显减轻,且顺利配合完成检查.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the cause of disease and various findings on phobia claustrophobia,making different solving methods,the phobia claustrophobia patient can successfully finish examination. Methods To explain patiently; psychological interventions; to cover patient＇s eyes; to keep talking; to use sedative necessary. Results After the interventions,40 cases complete the check,accounting for 89%,and 5 failed to despite the several interventions,accounting for 11%. Conclusion PsychoIogicaI intervention significantIy reduces the anxiety and fear from MRI cIaustrophobic it is possibIe to check with success. |
