早期家庭康复护理对脑梗死恢复期患者的影响

目的：观察早期家庭康复护理对脑梗死患者恢复期的影响。方法：选择住院治疗好转出院脑梗死患者82例，随机分为家庭护理组与普通对照组各41例，家庭护理组进行3个月家庭护理干预。对照组每月电话随访1次，进行相关康复护理指导。干预前后采用Barthel指数及汉密顿抑郁量表进行评分。结果：家庭护理组患者Barthel指数评分较干预前显著提高（P〈0．01），与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。干预后家庭护理组患者抑郁量表评分较干预前明显下降（P〈0．05），与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：早期家庭康复护理能够显著提高脑梗死患者日常生活能力，减少抑郁症状，值得进一步推广应用。

The effect of early home rehabilitation and nursing interventionon patients with cerebral infarction

Objective: To investigate the effect of early home rehabilitation and nursing intervention on patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 82 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into the intervention group and control group randomly. Those patients in intervention group accepted home rehabilitation and nursing intervention for three months. All patients were evaluated with Barthel Index (BI) score and Hamilton depression scale at admission and three months after admission. Results: After intervention there was a significant increase in BI score (P<0.01) and a significant decrease in hamilton depression scale (P<0.05) of patients in group. The BI score of intervention group was higher than group (P<0.05) and the Hamilton depression scale of group was lower than control group (P<0.05) significantly. Conclusion: Early family rehabilitation and nursing intervention can improve activities of daily living and reduce depression symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction.
