带状疱疹患者外周血IL-2与IL-10水平及临床意义

目的　研究带状疱疹 (HZ)患者Th1/Th2型细胞因子水平及临床意义。方法　采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定HZ患者急性期及恢复期血清白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )和白细胞介素 10 (IL 10 )水平。结果　HZ患者急性期血清IL 2水平较正常对照组明显下降 ,IL 10水平明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;恢复期血清IL 2水平较急性期明显升高 ,而血清IL 10则明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ;且HZ患者急性期和恢复期IL 2与IL 10呈负相关性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　HZ患者外周血Th1/Th2型细胞因子失调 ,在HZ的发生发展中可能起作用。

The Level of Interleukin2 and Interleukin10 in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Herpes Zoster and Its Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate the level of Th1/Th2 cytokines in the patients with herpes zoster(HZ) and the clinical significance.Methods The level of interleukin2(IL-2) and interleukin10(IL-10) were detected by using double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in acute and convalescent stage of HZ patients.Results The serum IL-2 level was significantly lower in HZ patients in acute stage than that in the control group,and the serum IL-10 level was significantly higher( P <0.01).The serum IL-2 level in convalescent stage was significantly higher than that in acute stage of HZ patients,and the serum IL-10 level significantly lower( P <0.01).In acute and convalescent stage of HZ patients,the serum IL-10 level was correlated inversely with the serum IL-2 level( P <0.01).Conclusion There is disregulation of Th1/Th2 cytokines in peripheral blood in HZ patients.It may play a role in the pathogenesis and progression of HZ.
