腹腔镜诊治儿童美克尔憩室出血

目的研究腹腔镜在儿童Meckel憩室出血诊断和治疗中的应用。方法分析近年来采用腹腔镜治疗的Meckel憩室出血病例31例,男19例,女12例。结果腹腔镜治疗31例Meckel憩室中1例因粘连广泛改行开腹手术,合并肠重复畸形1例,肠套叠2例。其中楔形切除吻合12例,肠切除端-端吻合18例。同时进行了3例阑尾及4例斜疝的联合手术。结论腹腔镜的应用为儿童Meckel憩室出血的诊断和治疗提供了一条极好的途径,具有诊断和治疗的双重作用。提高了疾病的诊断率,减少了并发症的发生率,降低了医疗费用。

Laparoscopy to diagnosis and treament Meckel's diverticulum bleeding in children

Objective To explore application of laparoscopy for the diagnosis and treament of Meckel's diverticulum bleeding in children.Methods The records of 31 cases of Meckel's bleeding which were used of laparoscopic treatment in recent years were retrospectively analyzed.The patients included 19 males and 12 females,and the average age was(24±18) months;the weight was(13±4)kg.Results One patients with Meckel's diverticulum converted to open surgery because of adhesive peritonitis.Laparoscopic assisted intestinal resection and anastomosis was performed successfully on 30 patients,Among the laparoscopy included intestinal wedge excision and anastomosis(12),intestinal resection and end to-end anastomosis(18),laparoscopic appendectomy(3)and at the same time four patients were treated by suture around the internal ring under the laparoscope.Conclusions Laparoscopy is acccurate and reliable in the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal bleeding in children.When you know indication and contraindication,it could reduces cost and improve cure rate.
