南宁市流动儿童预防接种工作状况分析

目的 分析南宁市流动儿童预防接种工作现状,为制定今后流动儿童预防接种政策提供科学依据。方法 对南宁市流动儿童分布情况、免疫规划疫苗接种率及疫苗针对性疾病发病率进行分析。结果 南宁市0~7岁儿童总数982822人,其中流动儿童数360275人,占36.66%。城区流动儿童数320353人,占儿童数49.88%,县级流动儿童数39922人,占儿童数11.72%。2~7岁流动儿童八苗全程接种率70.07%。本地儿童疫苗接种率均在90%以上,流动儿童流脑A群疫苗接种率86.21%、甲肝减毒活疫苗接种率74.74%。0~7岁流动儿童2013-2017年麻疹平均发病率32.29/10万,明显高于本地儿童麻疹平均发病率11.15/10万(P＜0.05)。结论 南宁市流动儿童与本地儿童相比,疫苗接种率偏低,麻疹发病率较高,预防接种工作有待加强。

Analysis of the vaccination work for floating children,Nanning

Objective To analyze on the status of prevention and vaccination work for floating children of Nanning,and to provide a scientific basis for making the immune programming policy in the future for floating children.Methods The distribution of floating children in Nanning was analyzed.The immunization program vaccination rate and the incidence of vaccine-targeted diseases were calculated for both floating children and local children,and the chi-square test was used for statistically analysis.Results The total number of children aged 0-7 in Nanning was 982822,of which 360275 were floating children,accounting for 36.66%.There were 320353 floating children in urban areas,accounting for 49.88%of the total number of urban children.39922 floating children at the county,accounting for 11.72%of the total number of county children.The full-time vaccination rate of floating children aged from 2 to 7 was 70.07%.The vaccination rate of 8 kinds of vaccines for local children was above 90%,which was higher than that of floating children.Among floating children,the vaccination rates of Epidemic Cerebrospinal Meningitis A vaccine and Live Attenuated Hepatitis A vaccine(L-A-1)were 86.21% and 74.74%,respectively.Both of them were lower than the national requirements.The average incidence of measles in floating children aged 0-7 in 2013-2017 was 32.29/100000,which was significantly higher than the average incidence of measles in local children 11.15/100000(P<0.05).Conclusion The results show that the vaccination rate of floating children in Nanning is lower than that of local children.The incidence of measles is higher than that of local children,which show that the vaccination work for floating children is needed to be strengthened in the future.
