长链非编码RNA在胃癌中的作用及临床价值

胃癌(GC)是全球癌症死亡的第二大原因,其发生与遗传因素、幽门螺杆菌感染、不健康的饮食习惯、吸烟等许多因素有关。胃癌早期缺乏典型症状,多数病例确诊时已处于中晚期。中晚期胃癌主要的治疗方法以手术为主,但容易复发、转移,5年生存率约为25%。目前,我们仍然缺乏胃癌诊断的特异性生物标志物,评价预后的指标以及有效的治疗靶点。因此,深入研究胃癌发生发展的分子基础将有助于我们了解胃癌的发病机理,以发现胃癌个体化治疗的靶点,提高GC患者的生活质量和生存率。

The Role and Clinical Value of Long Chain Noncoding RNA in Gastric Cancer

Gastric Cancer (GC) was the second leading cause of cancer death in the world,which was related to many factors,such as genetic factors,helicobacter pylori infection,unhealthy eating habits,smoking and so on. Gastric cancer lacks typical symptoms in the early stage,and most of the cases are in the middle and late stage of diagnosis. The main treatment for advanced gastric cancer is surgery,but it was easy to recur and metastasize. The 5-year survival rate was about 25%. At present,we still lack specific biomarkers,prognostic indicators and effective therapeutic targets for the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Therefore,further study of the molecular basis of gastric carcinogenesis and development will help us to understand the pathogenesis of gastric cancer,to find out the target of individualized treatment of gastric cancer,and to improve the quality of life and survival rate of patients with GC.
