2003年～2004年杨浦区户籍居民和流动人口伤害流行病学特征分析

目的了解上海市杨浦区户籍居民和流动人口伤害死亡的特征差异,为伤害预防和研究提供信息。方法利用上海市杨浦区疾病预防控制中心2003年~2004年的死亡登记系统资料,采用ICD-10进行死因分类,分别比较各种伤害类别的死亡比重。结果2003年~2004年上海市杨浦区户籍居民和流动人口的伤害平均死亡率分别为32.75/10万和41.74/10万。男性流动人口伤害死亡率高于户籍居民和女性流动人口;流动人口中的15岁以下各年龄组、45~50岁和65岁以上各年龄组的伤害死亡率高于户籍居民相应年龄组人群。户籍居民伤害致死的外部原因以坠落、交通事故、自杀和中毒为主;流动人口以交通事故、坠落、自杀和他杀为主,两者有所不同。结论2003年~2004年上海市杨浦区的户籍居民及流动人口的伤害平均死亡率均处于较高的水平;流动人口的伤害问题相对较大。应实施有针对性的干预措施,预防和控制伤害的发生。

Analysis on Mortality and Case of Injury among Residents and Floating Population in Yangpu District in 2003-2004

Objective To explore the epidemiology characteristics of injure deaths among residents and floating population and to promote the injure prevention in Yangpu district. Methods The injure deaths date was from Yangpu district diseases surveillance system during 2003 and 2004. Injure classification by ICD-10 and their corresponding mortality rates were calculated. Results In 2003 and 2004, the mortality due to injure among residents and floating population were 32.75 per 100 000 and 41.74 per 100 000 respectively .The leading cause of death in residents were falls, vehicle collision, suicide and poisoning. The leading cause of death in floating population were vehicle collision, falls, suicide and killing. Conclusion The mortality rate due to injure in Yangpu district from 2003 to 2004 was at a high level ,even in floating population. A special health promotion program should be implemented to prevent and control this problem.
