| 摘 要： | 目的：本实验设计了单个种植体早期加载的模式，从影像学和组织学的角度观察早期加载对种植体愈合状况的影响。方法：选6只雌性杂种狗，在其下颌两侧各植入一个HA涂层的种植体，左侧为早期加载侧，右侧为对照侧。结果：组织学和影象学观察结果显示，早期加载的种植体与骨的结合情况优于无负载状态下的种植体。结论：早期加载可能有利于种植体与周围骨的结合，而不一定造成纤维结合。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: The purpose of this study is to set up a prosthesis pattern supported by single implant in dogs, short the no-load healing period and observe the responses of the bone around implants to early loading. Methods:12 HA-coated post implants(BLB)were implanted in 6 female mongrel dogs'mandibular. With the loading implants in left and the non-loading in right. Results: According to pathological and X-ray results, the implants of early loading acquired better osseointegration than non-loading implants. Conclusion: Early loading may not definitely induce fibrous connective tissue interference; on the contrary, appropriate early loading on implants may be advantageous for implants integrating with bone. |
