| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨闭合性腹部创伤的诊断与治疗方法。方法:对我院1995年至2005年间132例闭合性腹部创伤的临床资料和诊治方法进行回顾性分析。结果:该组病人中20例(15.2%)保守治疗,全部治愈;112例(84.8%)行开腹手术,治愈104例,死亡8例。死亡原因主要为并发严重的颅脑外伤、失血性休克、多脏器功能衰竭。结论:闭合性腹部创伤早期明确诊断和及时手术探查最为重要,是提高抢救成功率,降低病死率的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the diagnosis and therapy of closed abdominal trauma. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted in 132 patients with closed abdominal trauma detected and treatment. Results: Of 132 cases,20(15.2%)received non-operative and all cases were cured,while 112 cases(84.8%) had received operative treatment,104 cases were cured,8 cases (4.2%) died eventually. The main cause of death of closed abdominal trauma was due to the severe concomitant injuries. Conclusions: The most important determinant in managing closed abdominal trauma was early diagnosis and treatment,and it should be the key to improve the rate of salvage and decrease the rate of morbid. |
