分娩后腹壁及会阴切口子宫内膜异位症20例临床分析

目的探讨分娩后腹壁及会阴切口子宫内膜异位症的诊断和治疗。方法对本院2000-2006年间，收治的20例腹壁及会阴切口子宫内膜异位症病例的症状、体征及治疗方法，进行回顾性分析。结果20例患者中，腹壁子宫内膜异位症患者13例，均有剖宫产手术史，会阴侧切口子宫内膜异位症7例。所有病例均有典型周期性局部疼痛、肿块，术前能够做出正确诊断，与术后病理结果吻合。手术切除均取得良好效果，无复发。结论局限性子宫内膜细胞移植，是腹壁及会阴切口子宫内膜异位症最有可能的病理生理机制。典型症状为与月经周期相关的周期性疼痛伴肿块，根据典型的症状、体征可正确诊断。彻底手术是惟一确实有效的治疗方法。该病应引起临床高度重视，尽量减少或避免此病的发生。

Clinical Analysis on Endometriosis Treatment at Abdominal Wall and Perineum Incision after Delivery
