平阳霉素治疗颌面部各型血管瘤的疗效评估

目的 总结平阳霉素瘤腔注射治疗各型血管瘤的疗效,探讨本法治疗血管瘤的适应证。方法 从1997年1月至2002年1月．采用平阳霉素注射治疗颌面部血管瘤58例。7～10d一次,3～5次为一疗程,注射液中加入地塞米松。结果 疗效以海绵状血管瘤、草莓状血管瘤最佳,有效率分别为95．23％、83．32％。结论 平阳霉素瘤腔注射可作为海绵状、草莓状血管瘤的首选方法。

Evaluation of curative effect of treating with pingyangmycin various types of hemangioma in maxillofacial regions

Objective To summarize the curative effect of treating various types of hemangioma with injectionsof pingyangmycin into the tumour body and discuss the various types of hemangioma that can be treated by this method.Methods 58 cases of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma were selected for the study between January 1997 and January2000. One injection per 7 to 10 days. 3 to 5 injections each treatment course. Each injection solution included de-xamethasonum. Results The treatment was most effective on cavernous and strawberry hemangioma.The effective ratereached 95.23% and 83.32% respectively. Conclutions This method is the best treatment for cavernous and strawberryhemangioma.
