| 摘 要： | 目的：评价山东省实施结核病控制工作的成效。方法：通过对疫情统计资料进行分析，了解“卫V项目”实施前后病人登记治疗情况的改变，分析其原因。结果：涂阳病人登记率大幅上升的同时，涂阴病人登记率明显下降，登记病人的治疗管理情况明显好转。结论：世行贷款项目带来新的“DOTS”管理策略，对结核病的控制明显提高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the effects of TB control work in Shangdong.Methods:The statistics date of epidemic situation were analyzed,the changes were compared and the cause were studied.Results:While the rate of detected smear positive case increased,the rate of detected smear negative case were decreased,the cure rate of finding detected cases were improved.Conclusion:The implementation of the World Bank lend DOTS strategy to us and the effect to TB control were quite effective. |
