| 摘 要： | 目的探讨显微内窥镜下椎间盘切除术（MED）治疗腰椎间盘突出症的技术要点及临床效果。方法回顾性分析采用MED治疗的51例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料及治疗效果。结果51例得到随访，随访时间为2个月-27个月，平均12．2个月。按Nakai等评定标准．优良率为93．4％。结论采用MED治疗损伤小、恢复快，是椎间盘手术微创化趋势。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate operational technical and clinical results to treat lumbar disc herniation by microendoscopic discectomy (MED).Methods 61 cases of lumbar disc herniation by microendoscopic discectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results All cases were followed up from 2 months to 27 months(averaged 12.2 months ).The rate satisfactory of curative effect was 93.4% according to Nakais' evaluational criterion. Conclusion Microendoscopic discectomy is a effective method to treat lumbar disc herniation, and It is a micro-wound operation tendency, has advantage of less-injury and fast-recovery. |
