| 摘 要： | 目的 观察简捷手法治疗肩关节脱位的临床疗效.方法 253例均采用屈肘外旋法和(或)外展上举牵引法治疗.结果 治疗的253例中,总复位成功率为99.21%.结论 采用屈肘外旋法和(或)外展上举牵引法治疗肩关节脱位成功率高,操作简单、省力,患者痛苦小,值得临床推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinic curative effect of the easy and prompt manipulative treatment of shoulder joint dislocation.Methods Manipulations of elbow flexion,extorsion,and/or abduction and traction reduction were used in all 253 cases.Results The total stlccessful rate of reduction Was 99.21%.Conclusion Besides the SUCCESSful rate Was high,the manipulation Was easy,labor-saving and causing little pain to patients.Therefore,this method was worthwhile being widely used in clinic. |
