| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在诊断支气管异物中的临床应用价值,提高对支气管异物影像学表现认识。方法回顾性分析15例经临床证实的支气管异物患者的MSCT扫描及重组图像的影像学表现。结果15例支气管异物胸片有"三阻征"的间接征象:阻塞性肺炎、肺气肿、肺不张。MSCT可显示支气管异物的位置、形态、大小及异物所致支气管狭窄和堵塞情况。结论MSCT及图像后处理技术在支气管异物诊断中具有重要的临床应用价值,可以成为本病的首选检查方法。 |
